A.Credit Loan App App (“App”) posted on App Store, after you have downloaded and installed the App on your mobile phone or other iPhone device (“Device”).

·Application information: We may collect information related to your software usage.For example,your application ID,application list, application status record (e.g.downloading, installing, updating, deleting), installation channel (for example, via App Store), application usage,etc.

·Log information: Whenever you use the App, We may collect information related to your use of certain functions. For example, cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, and crash information.

·The communication data such as traffic data or log information between the App installed on your device and our Server.

B.Information we may collect once you give us your additional explicit consent/permission:

We may collect some of your other Personal Information only after obtaining your additional explicit consent. All your information is high encrypted and transmitted to our servers https://api.creditloanbn.com using a secure HTTPS network, we will delete your data when we have completed your credit assessment.

Whenever you use the application via a device, we will collect your geographic location information. In some cases, the system will prompt or ask you to activate the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your mobile device. It will use for anti-fraud and credit modeling purposes and provide you with a better app experience.

b.Calendar

We may request the calendar permission to write notification while using the App. This ensures that you are reminded to pay on time to avoid overdue payments.

c.Phone State & Ads Tracking

We may collect your technical information and identifiers of your device. For example, IOS version, IMEI number, MAC address, Serial number, IDFA(Identifier for Advertisers), screen size, density, Wi-Fi information, device manufacturer details and model name, network operator details, connection type.

·The information you fill in the forms in the App to apply for a loan, like your name, birthday, marital status, residential details, mobile phone number, email address, contact address, bank account information, religion, Bank Verification Number(BVN), details regarding your employment, feedback, and any other information you submit to us.

·The information you get in contact with us such as our customer service agents, our collection agents, and our social media channels.

·The information you provided by joining a survey or activity launched by us.

D.Information Specific to You That May Be Assigned by Us or Third Party

We need to work with a number of third parties (e.g. credit reference agencies, banks, mobile network providers, collection companies, etc) based on the services we provide. From which we may obtain information about you to review your credit history and assess your eligibility for a loan from us.

We contractually bind our Lending Partners to prevent them from using/disclosing your Personal Information, except for the purpose of providing the services opted by you.

Any changes or modifications of this Privacy Policy will be displayed in the App. You may be notified to review and accept them to continue to use the App. we may make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you when you next start the App or log onto one of the Service Sites.
